I was so excited to get my hat! Great quality, love the color options. After I purchased my hat, it went on sale a couple days later. Before I received it, I emailed customer service asking if they could honor the discount or give some sort of credit. Given I still hadn’t received the product yet. I had another hat I’ve really wanted in my cart, waiting for an email response so I could purchase it. I was told from customer service that it wasn’t an option, and apologized. So I deleted the item from my cart and I’m feeling really uneasy about the level of customer service from this small shop. From now on I know to not purchase anything full price from this company, because it will eventually go on sale and that’s the risk you will take if you purchase an item full price from here. Very disappointed. I get many compliments and I say the same thing to everyone who asks me because it’s not fair to the customer, and I’m not going to refer a business to someone unfairly.

Very well made, wore it to the Miami Hurricanes game this weekend… it survived the rain and everything! So glad I decided to purchase this hat.
