I ordered these PJs before Black Friday and the Holidays, knowing the Holiday rush would be crazy. These PJs are under the “ready to ship” section, stating it should only take 2-5 days to receive. I know that at times the mail can be slow, however it took three weeks to receive my order and it then was missing half of what I purchased. Getting ahold of someone at this company is nearly impossible, until I commented on Instagram. Even then, the response was less than apologetic. I shop small and am usually very understanding but the customer service here is too poor to return. The PJs are great, but for almost $80 pop, I will not be returning.

these are so soft and warm, the fabric is very thick and nice in quality!
