This is my first order with Kenz Customs, I’m a little disappointed. The hat I ordered was to say “from happy valley with love”. The “p”’s are not complete in my opinion. At first glance when I opened the box I thought the wrong letter was used. I did reach out through instagram and whoever responded did say all your “p”’s are like that. So I am disappointed because I don’t think this is complete product. All the other rounded letters are closed so I am not sure why the “p”’s aren’t. I even asked my husband if he knew what the hat said and he said it takes a minute to think about. I’m not sure I will be ordering again.
