Unfortunately, we don't offer an annual payment option at this time — memberships are billed month to month only.
However, if you're looking to gift a Hat of the Month Club membership, a KenzKustomz gift card is the perfect solution! Gift your favorite hat lover a gift card in any amount and they can use it to cover their monthly membership for as many months as they'd like. It's the gift that keeps on giving — literally every single month.
You will have access to a customer portal where you can manage your subscriptions , payment methods, shipping addresss, as well as skip a month + cancel your subscription. This will send you a login code to your Phone number/Email everytime so you don't have to worry about remembering a password!
- Customer must skip in their portal before the charge date (1st of every month) if they do not want that month's box
- The cut-off date for the subscription is the 10th of every month to ensure you can receive the current month's box
- If you subscribe after the cut-off date, your subscription will begin with the next month's box
- The charge is the 1st of every month & ships immediately
- You will receive an email reminder of the charge 3 days before the 1st of every month
- Customer must skip in their portal before the charge date (1st of every month) if they do not want that month's box
