Order never shipped No response from kenz kustomz

My order never arrived. I e had to go elsewhere to get last minute gifts for my daughter. Needed by October 2. I have emailed you for a refund with no response. Order never even shows that it ever shipped.

Would loved to have given a good review but after 5 weeks I still didn’t have my package, and when it finally came the hat was damaged/stained in two places. Other than those two factors very cute idea.
