1. How will my Embroidery/Customization be performed?

2. What are the embroidery size limitations?
Please refer to each unique product detail for size and characteristics of embroidery. Some smaller bags can only accommodate a smaller phrase or text.
If your name / phrase is longer - name might appear smaller. We will practice our best judgement to make all orders look AMAZING! But embroidery sizes may differ slightly based on characters.
If you have questions, please contact our sales team before placing your order.
Embroidery is final - no returns.
3. If I order embroidery and non-embroidery pieces will they all ship together?
YES. All items within a single order will be shipped together.
This is most efficient for our store and most eco-friendly for the planet :)
4. Do you offer embroidery on KenzKustomz items within your store?
No, we do not. We currently only offer embroidery on KenzKustomz items purchased from our online store.
Patch Customization
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How are your patches adhered?
All CUSTOM makeup bags, tote bags, backpacks, and duffles are individually adhered with super strong adhesive. All ready-to-ship items with patches are sewn on.
2. Are patches free?
For custom items, each patch is $5 and must be paid for upfront with your order when adding to cart. A failure to do this, will result in your bag being shipped to you plain (without patches)
If our customer simply forgets to pay for patches, a team member will reach out via email or text to collect payment via Venmo/PayPal/Shopify Invoice.
If this results in a no response, a plain bag without customization will be mailed out.
3. How long does customization take?
Please allow 10-20 days for customization during peak periods. It is most of the time sooner, but to be safe please allow time for us to make each bag with love.
If you need your item sooner, please purchase rush production and shipping on the checkout page.
