What is the turnaround time for my embroidery order?

Please note that all embroidered custom orders are made to order and require a turnaround time of 10–20 business days. As we catch up from the holidays, production timelines may slightly differ. We appreciate your patience and support throughout this holiday season!

1. How will my Embroidery be performed?

• Please enter your text exactly as you would like to see it embroidered

• Embroidery examples shown in the customizer on our website are not to scale

• Embroidery examples shown in the customizer on our website do not reflect the text entered or embroidery color selected

• All embroidered pieces are final sale

• Please allow 20 days for production of these customized items

2. What are the embroidery size limitations?

Please refer to each unique product detail for size and characteristics of embroidery. Some smaller bags can only accommodate a smaller phrase or text.

If your name / phrase is longer - name might appear smaller. We will practice our best judgement to make all orders look AMAZING! But embroidery sizes may differ slightly based on characters.

3. If I order embroidery and non-embroidery pieces will they all ship together?

YES. All items within a single order will be shipped together.

This is most efficient for our store and most eco-friendly for the planet :)

4. Do you offer embroidery on KenzKustomz items within your store?

No, we do not. We currently only offer embroidery on KenzKustomz items purchased from our online store.
