If your item has a manufacturing defect within six months of purchase, we would be happy to work with you to find a solution. This includes simple fixes like: broken zippers, defected products (upside down logos/customization)

General, routine wear and tear is not considered defective & is therefore not covered by our warranty.

Sun damage to items are not included in our warranty

All ready to ship items and embroidery items are fine to go in the washer! If the item includes fragile parts, please handwash or put in the dishwasher.

All hats including embroidery and vinyl can be handwashed or put in the dishwasher. This will clean any stains and ensure your hat is looking good as new :)
