What is your return policy?
Custom designs and hats are all final sale and cannot be returned. If you purchased a non-customized item and it remains unused and in its original condition, you can return it in exchange for store credit. Please contact us through email (sales@kenzkustomz.com) within 7 days of delivery date and I will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, which is deducted from your store credit amount. We will NOT respond to return requests via social media accounts. All sale items are final sale.
If you change your mind about your order and no longer want it and it is not made yet, we can refund you for store credit. -
My bag has a defect, and it needs replaced
Our products are not flawless - we understand manufacturing any item comes with potential for errors. If you have a defect that is a manufacturer error (Zipper, Stitching, Dis-Colored) please reach out and we will get you a replacement sent right away.
