Absolutely love my items, but the zipper quality is god awful. It keeps getting stuck on both pouches I purchased. Not sure what to do for that with both of the pouches because I truly love how they both came out with my son and my daughter names.

As a mom and also someone who has gifted these to several people, these literally make the perfect gift — obviously cute but also functional and help keep me organized!!
