I get so many compliments on this hat! I wear it to all my son’s baseball games and it’s always a hit! Cute, comfy, and perfect for the ballpark!

While the hat itself is cute and well-made, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. I ordered two hats, one of which was a preorder and the other was in stock. After two weeks of not receiving the in-stock hat, I contacted the company and was informed that it would not ship until the preorder hat did. This information was not communicated during the ordering process, and I would have been willing to pay extra for separate shipping. Instead of receiving an apology or an acknowledgment of the misunderstanding, I was simply told that if I didn't want the hat (which was intended as a gift), I would only receive store credit. Considering the premium price of the hats, I expected better customer service. I hope the company improves its communication and customer care to avoid similar issues in the future.

I waited over a month and reached out multiple times before my order was delivered.
