Excellent quality, however came in the wrong font. When i brought to their attention they were sincire and apologetic & fixed and sent RIGHT away. I am very pleased with their customer service as well as the quality of the bags. Worth the price & i will purchase lots more from them in the future

Nice backpack just small

I like the style of the bag and customization options. However the backpack is small. It fits a lunchbox and folder, hopefully his reading bag when we get it from the school. Just not roomy if your kid carries a lot. Would only recommend for Kindergarten and preschool age.
